Property plans for the financier's personal tropical island featured within the photographs.

Furthermore contained in this latest photograph drop is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.

This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a legend identifying distinct sections of the estate.

Alongside this are what appear to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, featuring layouts for boat shelters.

Additional materials disclosed as part of the current investigative process.
